Puffy's Tavern: Tribeca Dive HH

Puffy's Tavern is the last surviving dive bar in Tribeca — a scuffed, lovable neighborhood institution on Hudson Street that has refused to gentrify despite the $5 million lofts on every side. $4 drafts and $5 well drinks run all day until 7pm. The regulars have been coming for decades. It is, empirically, one of the most refreshingly out-of-place bars in Manhattan.
