The Anchor is a craft beer pub in the southern end of Hell's Kitchen — a solid, no-nonsense bar with a good rotating tap list and a long happy hour from 4 to 8pm on weekdays. $5 drafts, $6 well drinks, and $2 off spirits make this one of the better-priced happy hours in the neighborhood.
