Ruschmeyer's: SoHo Summer HH

Ruschmeyer's brings a Montauk beach club sensibility to a MacDoougal Street back garden in SoHo. The weekday happy hour from 4 to 7pm serves $11 cocktails and $8 beers in a garden strung with lights and furnished with picnic tables. It feels more like a summer Friday in the Hamptons than a Monday afternoon in Manhattan — which is exactly the point.
