Balthazar is SoHo's most iconic brasserie — a Keith McNally institution on Spring Street that has been the neighborhood's gravitational center for nearly 30 years. The weekday happy hour from 5:30 to 7pm at the bar offers $11 wine, $12 classic cocktails, and $16 dozen oysters.
