BAAR BAAR is an Indian cocktail bar and kitchen on East 1st Street with a creative drinks program built around spices and botanicals from the subcontinent. The happy hour runs Monday through Friday from 4 to 7pm with $10 Indian-spiced cocktails — mango margaritas, tamarind sours, cardamom Negronis — alongside $6 small plates. One of the more distinctive happy hour programs in the East Village.
