Mercado Little Spain: Bar HH

José Andrés's food hall at Hudson Yards anchors its sprawling bar program with a daily happy hour from 4 to 6pm. The vermouth service — poured tableside, Spanish-style — is the move, alongside $9 glasses of wine and bar pintxos. The caveat: this is Hudson Yards, so "discounted" is relative. Still one of the best early-evening stops in the neighborhood.
