Storytime at Books Are Magic

Books Are Magic, the beloved independent bookstore on Smith Street in Cobble Hill, hosts free weekly storytime for little readers — picture books read aloud by booksellers and local authors in the back of the shop. It's cozy, unhurried, and genuinely magical. Part literary event, part neighborhood gathering. Best for ages 2–6, but older kids wander through the shelves just fine.
