Bohemian operates out of a former Private Stock butcher shop on Great Jones Street, a discreet Japanese-American bar that's one of downtown's most distinctive rooms. The happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday with reduced cocktails. The space is intimate and the sake and whisky selection is exceptional.
