The Battery Park City outpost of Cull & Pistol brings the same half-price oyster program to the west side of downtown. From 4 to 6pm Monday through Friday, East and West Coast oysters drop in price alongside reduced cocktails. The waterfront neighborhood means the commute to this happy hour is genuinely pleasant.
