Swan Room operates out of a landmarked 1912 bank vault in Lower Manhattan, preserving the original teller windows and marble floors as the backdrop for one of downtown's most atmospheric aperitivo hours. From 5 to 7pm, the menu centers on Campari-forward spritzes, Negroni variations, and small Italian plates. The ceiling height alone makes it worth the trip, few bars in the city feel this theatrical without trying to.
